PRN - Personal Care Assistant

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and trauma centers, and will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transferring clients as needed. Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Monitor and document clients’ health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health regimens. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
