Agreement to Terms

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are established through individual engagement agreements with clients.
Client Portal
Access to the Noble Point client portal is restricted to authorized clients with valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Appointment Scheduling
Our Site provides the ability to schedule appointments through Calendly. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to honor your scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, and software, are owned by Noble Point Management & Accounting and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Indemnification

Termination

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
Severability
